How to Attend
In this webpage you can find information on how to participate to the conference.
Please note that others events will take place in Udine in the same days of this conference, so a room could be difficult to find.
Participants are advised to get a reservation in advance.
Registration
Seats are limited. Participation is free but registration is required.

Local Lawyers are invited to register through SFERA.
Participation to the social dinner requires the payment of a fee. Another registration procedure which soon will be open.
Venue
Udine is a small city.
The event will be held in Palazzo Garzolini-di Toppo Wassermann - Via Gemona 92, 33100 Udine - where is located the "Scuola Superiore" of the University of Udine.
Travel Information
You can reach Udine by car, train, bus or plane.
Car
Udine is on the A23 motorway Udine-Tarvisio.
There are two exits: "Udine sud" and "Udine nord".

You can easily park your car in the parking lots shown in the map at the bottom of this page near to the conference venue.
Train
Udine is on the main line from Venice to Vienna. Trains from Venice run almost every hour. From Venice the trip to Udine is about 2 hours. From Vienna the trip takes about 6 hours.
You can reach Udine also from Trieste.

Bus services
The bus station of Udine is placed near the train station, in Viale Europa Unita, 35/8. See this link.
When you arrive, go to the train station and take the urban bus to the conference venue.
From the train station, take the bus n. 1 (direction OSPEDALE) or n. 3 (direction MOLIN NUOVO) until the "Via Gemona 39" bus stop.
Airplane
Udine has not a city airport.
The four main airports nearby are:
- Trieste TRS (40 km from Udine) -> http://triesteairport.it
- Venezia VCE (120 km from Udine) -> http://www.veniceairport.it/
- Treviso TSF (130 km from Udine) -> http://www.trevisoairport.it/
- Ljubljana LJU (Slovenia, 180 km from Udine) -> http://www.lju-airport.si
You may find the best international connections with Venice. From the airport, take the bus to the Mestre raillway station and then the train to Udine.
